Free sessions for landholders on their rights and responsibilities when hosting gas, large-scale renewable energy or mining projects.
Delivered by Coexistence Queensland, the Landholder Support Program provides independent, practical and easy-to-understand information to support informed decision-making at every stage of a project.
Sessions cover:
Relevant regulations and approval processes
Land access and how agreements work
Potential impacts on land use and operations
Ways to identify mutually beneficial outcomes between landholders and resources and energy companies
Sessions are delivered in person to small groups, allowing attendees to ask questions and access information relevant to their individual circumstances, including where to seek further support, advice or dispute resolution assistance.
