Express your interest to exhibit at the Queensland Community Energy Forum in Calliope

We’re excited to invite organisations to take part in the Queensland Community Energy Forum (QCEF) in Calliope on Wednesday 4 November 2026.

The forum is a free public event proudly delivered in partnership between Coexistence Queensland, the Queensland Renewable Energy Council, Queensland Government, and Gladstone Regional Council.

About the Forum

These forums bring together community, industry, and government to share reliable and factual information about Queensland’s energy and resources sector and upcoming projects in each region. They provide a unique opportunity for open discussion, helping landholders, residents, and local businesses understand what to expect during the development process, while enabling industry to hear directly from the communities they work alongside.

These events are designed to:

• Connect communities with the latest information on local energy and resources development.
• Hear first-hand from landholders, companies, and government representatives.
• Explore how benefits can be shared and impacts effectively managed.

Each forum is made up of two key parts:

1. Forum sessions
   
   A full day of presentations and panel discussions providing reliable, factual information about energy and resources development in the region. Sessions cover upcoming projects, industry updates, landholder experiences, community impacts and more, with opportunities for attendees to ask questions.

2. Industry exhibition
   
   A trestle-table style exhibition area, giving organisations the chance to connect face-to-face with attendees throughout the day. This space is for one-on-one conversations with landholders, local businesses, Traditional Owners, community groups, and government representatives.

What’s included for exhibitors

Each exhibiting organisation will receive:

• One (1) clothed trestle table and two chairs
• Space for up to two (2) pull-up banners
• Your organisation’s logo displayed on the forum website
• Complimentary light refreshments and lunch
• Networking opportunities with attendees from across the region

Exhibition eligibility

Exhibition space is limited and opportunities are available to organisations aligned with the purpose of providing community with relevant localised information, including those operating within or supporting the energy and resources sector.

This includes energy and resources companies, relevant government agencies, education and research institutions, peak bodies, local businesses, and professional services that contribute to the sector.
